Before you buy

Vintage, porcelain and salvaged pieces are sold as-is. They are decades old, one of a kind, and priced that way. What you see in the photos is what you get, and all sales are final. Ask us anything before you commit and we will send more pictures or a video of it lit up.

Brand new stock can come back within 14 days if it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping is on you and there is a 25% restocking fee, because that is what it costs us to send one back. New signs also carry the manufacturer's 6 month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Damage after it leaves us is not covered by either the return window or the warranty. On every pickup we power the sign on and photograph it working before it goes in your vehicle, so we both know the condition it left in. Neon is hand blown glass - haul it flat, keep it padded, and do not let it slide around.
